Mrs. Dubey,

I had the opportunity to see your production of Muskaan at the Indian Habitat Centre in Delhi this November. I was inspired by the performance and the message it imparted. The reaction at the post-show discussion showed that theatre can work to bring on social change. I am interested to learn more of what Theatre World is doing and what I could do to become involved with the company.

I have a BA in theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and am now teaching and directing theatre at the Welham Boys' School in Dehradun. Until recently, the bulk of my theatrical experience has been in stage management. This has given me the advantage of becoming familiar with all aspects of the theatrical process. Since coming to India, I have been combining my knowledge of Western theatre history and theory with my new studies in Indian theatre history and theory. It has given me a fresh perspective on theatre as a whole.
